March Marks Historic Kick-off Meeting of the ePC Alliance

A large group of major non-profit trade bodies attended a special meeting at MIT on March 1 to discuss the electronic product code and its possible impact on the future of business. The meeting, made up of non-profit trade body organizations, represented such diverse groups as retail, food marketing, grocery manufacturers, chain drug stores, convenience stores, and hologram manufacturers. The next meeting will be held July 12, 2001, at MIT in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Any non-profit trade bodies that would like to attend should contact Brooke Peterson for further details.
